This antibody is a mouse IgG antibody covalently conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). This antibody binds to the FLAG fusion protein and recognizes the FLAG epitope at the N-terminus, Met-N-terminus, C-terminus, and internal FLAG peptides. This Flag antibody can be used as a simple one-step assay in immunocytochemistry, ELISA, or Western blotting, and is particularly useful for the detection of FLAG fusion proteins expressed in murine hosts where mouse diantibodies may cause cross-reactivity.
